Terms & Conditions
  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.
  • United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. 
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, merchant policies, and rules.
Method of Payment
  • We accept payments online using Visa and Master credit/debit cards in United States Dollars.
  • Dreshak Hotels Management DMCC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • In the event of cancellation on confirmed guaranteed bookings, the following charges will apply as per the cancellation date:
    • 100% of the 1ST night room charges will apply if the cancellation is not done 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
  • During peak periods such as Shabaniya, Arafa, Muharram, and Arba’een or any other occasion declared by the Baron Hotel as special, there will be NO REFUND of any amount paid against a confirmed guaranteed reservation.
  • The refund of amount can only be done against an approved letter from the Baron Hotel.
Packages’ Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Refund will ONLY be done to the Credit Card used for payment, and will not be refunded in cash.
  • The Baron Hotel will NOT be liable to pay intermediator bank charges or client bank charges against receipt of the refunded amount.
  • A written notice to be received from the beneficiary against the amount to be refunded.
  • Maximum time period for any refund would be 10 days from the date of receipt of notice.
House Rules
  • Check in time:              14:00 Hrs.
  • Check out time:            12:00 Noon.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited to register as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • Pets are not allowed.
Child Policy
  • Children below the age of 6 years stay free when using existing bedding.
  • Baby crib is free of cost for children up to 2 years.
  • Extra bed costs USD. 40 and will be limited to one per room.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs, and will have to be paid separately during your stay.
